Having worked in construction and in Condominium Property Management we at Actum Building Solutions are unique in understanding both parties involved in the technical audit dispute. We recognize that the board has a responsibility to protect the rights of the unit owners. Our approach is to review the technical audit and provide the board of directors with advice and solutions to resolve the deficiencies in a reasonable time and if necessary provide assistance during conciliation with Tarion.

Project Management and Renovations

We have been involved in retirement community design/build construction projects as complex as seventeen story buildings. We have also carried out several lobby and hallway refurbishments in residential and commercial buildings. Actum Building Solutions is equipped to carry out improvement projects and/or remodelling when an update or change is needed.

Handyman Service

There's no need to make multiple calls and set up different appointments for your maintenance and repair projects. Actum Building Solutions is a multi-faceted company offering a variety of handyman services. We have the proper tools, skills and time for all those pending “odd” jobs which are difficult to source out, but which need attention.

Janitorial Services

Actum Building Solutions will work with the property manager and the board to review the needs of their building and plan a cleaning and maintenance program. We also provide emergency clean up and construction clean up.
